Excellent breakfast catering for early departures. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Kim at reception. Ability to check in earlier than expected. Warm and cozy atmosphere, especially appreciated in cold weather

Kind of difficult to find the hotel location in the backyard of a shopping center when driviing from Swedish side.

I recently stayed at a fantastic 4-star hotel here in Sweden and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, right next to a shopping mall and just a short 61 drive to Oslo. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a cozy sitting area, and even a terrace with garden furniture. The hotel also provided free toiletries and had a television and telephone in the room. The interior design was beautiful, with a mix of carpeted and parquet floors that added a touch of luxury.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Great Location and Large Rooms

The hotel is strategically located near a shopping mall and with many scenic surroundings. The place has large and spacious rooms that provide a lot of comfort to the guests. In addition, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service to make our stay more comfortable.

The hotel lacked some facilities such as proper directions for the restaurant and bar. Also, some of the guests may need to walk a long distance from the lifts to their rooms. The breakfast served was average, and there was room for improvement.

This hotel is well located, very close to the shopping centre, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone.

The layout of the hotel was confusing and required a lot of walking from the lifts to the room.

Great location and friendly staff! The mall nearby was perfect for shopping, and the hotel staff made our stay enjoyable with their welcoming smiles and helpfulness. Our room was also clean and cozy, and we appreciated the complimentary fruit and water. Plus, the breakfast had a wide selection of food and drinks to satisfy every taste.

The hotel was a bit noisy, and we could hear other guests trying to close their windows all night long. , the Wi-Fi in the room was not very reliable.

They were all helpful and friendly, and were really nice too ensure a great experience. the hotel facilities were in great condition, with cleanliness being a top priority. Transportation was easily accessible, with plenty of options for getting around the city. Lastly, the hotel's breakfast options were plentiful and delicious!
